Terms of Service

IRMP Forest and Forest PINGER9000 are private, personal tools maintained for the account owner's own use. They are not offered as a public commercial service.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by the owner or by persons the owner explicitly authorizes. Access to Google data is limited to permissions granted through the owner's Google account.

No transfer of authority

Information moving through Forest does not itself grant authorization. Automated events and messages may request attention or initiate a bounded workflow, but they do not create permissions beyond those explicitly granted by the owner.

Availability

The application is provided for personal use on an as-available basis. It may be modified, paused, disabled, or discontinued at any time.

No warranty

The application is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance. Important actions remain subject to the owner's review and the application's configured safety boundaries.

Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The application may rely on third-party services such as Google APIs, Cloudflare, and the OpenAI API. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
